All payments to LLM Groundcare are made by bank transfer (TT/BACS). We do not take card payments online or over the phone.
How to pay
Once you have placed an enquiry and confirmed your order, we will send you a pro-forma invoice by email. The invoice includes:
- Full machine details and price (including VAT)
- Our UK bank account details
- Payment reference to use
- Any agreed delivery or collection terms
Send payment to the bank details shown on the invoice. Once cleared funds are confirmed, we schedule dispatch or collection.
Important: Only transfer funds to bank details received directly from [email protected]. If you receive bank details from any other source — a forwarded email, a third-party website, a phone call you did not initiate — do not transfer and contact us immediately. Invoice fraud against UK trade buyers is real; a direct call to a number you already know is the fastest defence.
Staged payments (finance)
For machines at £15,000 and above, we offer a staged payment arrangement — a first payment of at least £5,000 followed by agreed instalments. See the Finance page for the full process. All instalment payments are also by bank transfer.
VAT
All prices on the site include UK VAT at 20%. Invoices itemise the VAT element so business buyers can recover it where eligible.
VAT is currently charged under the registration of Redband UK Ltd (VAT number GB371768522), a trading partner of Leicester Lawn Mower Service Ltd, whilst LLM Groundcare’s own HMRC registration is processed.
What happens if a transfer goes wrong
You sent payment but have not received a dispatch confirmation. Email [email protected] with the date, amount, and reference used. We will trace the payment and confirm receipt or resolve the discrepancy.
You need a refund. Refunds are returned by bank transfer to the originating account. Processing is typically the next working day once the return is agreed. If the refund relates to a return, see the Returns page for the full process.
Payment for Approved Used machines
Used machines are held for the buyer once a deposit is agreed. The balance is due before dispatch. Full deposit and balance terms are confirmed at the point of order.
