If you need a paper trail (procurement, council framework, multi-quote tender), email is also the right channel.

WhatsApp — when you’re on a product page

Every product page on the site has an Ask on WhatsApp button under the price. Click it, WhatsApp opens with a pre-filled message identifying the specific machine, you tap Send, we reply. Right tool when you have a quick question — “is this in stock?”, “how soon can it arrive in Berkshire?”, “what’s the warranty position on the deck spindles?” — and you’d rather not draft an email.

Showroom visit — by appointment

We hold most of the inventory ready to demo. A five-minute booking ahead means we can have your specific machine running, fuelled, and on the cleared demo area before you walk in.

  • The machine (or shortlist) you’d like to see
  • The date + window that works for you
  • Whether you’d like a quick demo or a full operator handover

We’ll come back within one working day with a confirmed slot.

What helps us help you

When you email or WhatsApp, the more of this you can include up front, the faster we can be useful:

  • The machine you’re looking at, by SKU or full product title where possible
  • What you’re cutting — acreage, terrain, kind of grass, how often
  • Your delivery postcode — for an honest lead-time and any access flags
  • Your timeline — “as soon as possible” reads differently from “for the next mowing season”
  • Your budget shape — outright purchase or staged payment

What we won’t ask you for

  • No “how did you hear about us?” form fields. We’d rather you spent the time describing the machine.
  • No mailing-list opt-in by default. If we add a marketing list later, it’ll be explicit opt-in only.
  • No call-back robocalls. Follow-ups, when they happen, come from a real person at a sensible hour.
